WARRANTY

 

  1. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase by the end customer specified above.
  2. The warranty service is carried out only in the presence and presentation of correctly filled in and valid warranty documents, and in the presentation of valid payment documents (receipt, invoice). The warranty is void if the appearance, repair or changes in the invoice or warranty card are damaged.
  3. The warranty is only valid for damage due to a manufacturing defect that has occurred during the warranty period.
  4. Claims for incompleteness of the product are serviced only at the time of its purchase.
  5. The warranty period is as follows:

       5.1.      24 (twenty four) months for all models of electric scooters, as the warranty period covers the following parts - frame / frame construction, steering rack, brakes (without brake pads), folding mechanism.

       5.2.      12 (twelve) months for - electric motors, controllers, LCD display, battery, charger, charging port, main and additional LED lights.

The longevity of the battery and its characteristics depend entirely on compliance with the operating instructions described in the operating instructions, on paper or other media. The battery is replaced within the warranty under item 5.2, in case its capacity is 65% or less, compared to the capacity and technical specification.

  1. The warranty excludes:
  • components and consumables, such as - tires (internal / external); fenders; rubber handles and anti-slip base; decorative elements and coatings - stickers, paint and others; USB ports; step; non-drive wheel;
  • periodic maintenance, repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear;
  • damage caused by improper use and in violation of the instructions in the User's Guide. The product must be used according to the instructions in the User's Guide;
  • damage due to non-compliance with the instructions by Kaabostore.eu for proper maintenance of the product;
  • damage due to carelessness or as a result of natural disasters (lightning, flood, fire and other reasons beyond the control of Kaabostore.eu).
  1. The product is accepted for warranty repair only in packaging that ensures its safe transportation.
  2. Warranty service is carried out only in the service centers of the Seller.
  3. Damage due to poor transport, improper storage, non-compliance with the instructions in the accompanying documentation, non-grounding, faults in the electrical network, natural disasters and force majeure, use of poor quality consumables, attempts to eliminate the defect by unauthorized persons or other reasons beyond control by the Seller, are removed at the expense of the customer.
  4. The Seller is not responsible for possible material and non-material damages, as well as for lost benefits due to the inability of the Buyer to use the product.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CORRECT OPERATION

  1. For the correct and safe use of the product you have purchased, please read carefully the user manual that comes with your purchase or you can download it from the company's website.
  2. Use zero electrical contacts and do not subject the product to shocks or vibrations during operation.
  3. To update the system software of the product, use only the programs and versions recommended by the manufacturer, strictly following the relevant procedure. Damage due to incorrect upgrade is not subject to warranty;
  4. It is recommended that you contact the service center by phone or e-mail before visiting a service center.
